Page Last Updated On July 14th, 2010

There are 18 active users currently online.

Update: July 14th, 2010 --- A quick update to bring the site up to date with the latest schematics from the Star Trek Unnamed Schematics page. This time around, four new sheets on the Type 9 and Type 15 Federation shuttlecrafts has been added.

Much more to come!

Update: July 3rd, 2010 --- Back in 2006, Waxing Moon Designs put together what is arguable the most detailed color schematics of the NX Class Enterprise Starship. These high-resolution schematics set the standard for 21st fan-produced art work. However as detailed as they were, the illustrators, who now go by the name of Android Monkey Designs have completely redone each schematic.

From the illustrators:
"...I have recently updated my site with version 2.0 of my Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans and Schematics. I have kicked everything up a notch, loaded them with more detail, and overhauled the plan sheets. And I have added six more detail plans for a total of forty-two. I also have six more on the way. I plan to add sheets for a Side Cutaway, the Inspection Pod, Space Suits, Uniforms/Rank, Away Team Equipment, Medical Equipment, Starfleet Weapons and MACO Weapons. I hope to have them finished off by the end of the summer..."
Check out the all-new Enterprise NX-01 Schematics via this LINK. Enjoy!

Update: July 2nd, 2010 --- The first of numerous updates to come over the course of the summer, the LCARS24 Schematics Page has thirteen new schematics now available, courtesy of artist Bill Morris. Within the next day or two, I'll be uploading the new, completely revised collection of NX-01 Schematics. You won't be disappointed. Looking ahead, I have new schematics from the folks at Strategic Design, an interesting work-in-progress set of deck plans for the classic Enterprise, the Weapons Manuals and much, much more. Stay tuned!

Update: June 12th, 2010 --- Hello again, everyone. Yes, I'm back. Actually, I never left but I did decide at the beginning of the year to take a modest sabbatical from the Star Trek section of the site.

But while I haven't been posting updates, I've been working in the background to prepare a record number of updates -- and hopefully not just to the Blueprints section of the site. That's right - it's time for changes to the Book database as well!

In any case, I wanted to reach out and let you all know that your patience is about to be rewarded...Updates are just around the corner...

Update: January 11th, 2010 --- Happy New Years, Everyone! Unfortunately these past few months have been somewhat difficult as I've been recovering from a major computer crash where a lot of the new work on the site was lost, hence the lack of updates. But I'm almost back to 100% which means new updates will be arriving soon. Thanks for your patience and patronage to the site. Enjoy 2010!

Update: October 14th, 2009 --- More additions have been made to the Star Trek New Enterprise Color Schematics page. This time around, artist Gustavo has provided the original source PDF files of the New Enterprise. These files effectively allow for an infinite resolution view of each schematic. Warning, however: The files are enormous in size so please take care when viewing/downloading them. Enjoy!

Update: October 6th, 2009 --- The three new fantastic blueprint offerings from Strategic Design are now online with some great sample images available from each package. First up is the classic Constitution Class NX-1700 Starship Prototype which contains 15 sheets as well as a Cross Section example. Up next is the Constitution Class NCC-1700 Rebuild set which also contains 15 sheets as well as a Cross Section example. Finally, there's the Miranda Class NX-1833 Starship Prototype which contains 16 full color sheets. I'm sure you'll enjoy these new sets but, trust me, the images reflected here can not do the sets justice. I highly recommend you order your own set today before quantities run out. Enjoy!

Update: August 30th, 2009 --- Well, the summer is nearly over (at least in this hemisphere) and so that means it's time to get back to updating the site. A couple of quick updates this time around. First off, the LCARS24 Schematics Page had nine new schematics available, courtesy of artist Bill Morris. Included are entries for a couple of Romulan Ships as well as Zefram Cochrane's Warp Ship 'The Phoenix'.

I've also updated five new schematics to the Star Trek New Enterprise Color Schematics page. These five new schematics come from artist Gustavo who decided to tweak his original drawings and make them more aligned with the Quantum Mechanix Miniature Model.

I'll be uploading samples from the three new Strategic Design ships in the coming days as well as a few other minor updates before returning to my scanner to complete some long-awaited Weapons blueprints. Until next time...

Update: July 27th, 2009 --- I've uploaded Ships of the Star Fleet: Volume Four: Star Fleet Operating Forces which contains nearly 50 pages of information and images on the structure of Star Fleet and the Fleets of the Federation. Enjoy...

Update: July 24th, 2009 --- I've uploaded Ships of the Star Fleet Volume Three: Scouts & Escorts which contains nearly 60 pages of information and images on four different Star Fleet ships. Enjoy...

Update: July 22nd, 2009 --- I've uploaded Ships of the Star Fleet Volume Two: Patrol Combatants which contains over 80 pages of information and images on nine different Star Fleet ships. Enjoy...

Update: July 19th, 2009 --- Over the course of the next week, I'll be uploading a 4-part series from the "Ships of the Star Fleet" line of technial manuals. Up first is Volume One: Cruiser which contains over 100 pages of information and images on thirteen different Star Fleet cruisers including the Constellation, Excelsior, Ambassador, Nebula and Niagara Classes. Enjoy this first volume...

Update: July 14th, 2009 --- July's first update focuses on another fan-made manual similar to the Starfleet Prototype: The Journal of Innovative Design and Ideas and the Dockyard Review pages I posted last month. This time around, the manual is called Starfleet Review which contains information and images on 25 starships from the 24th century. I hope you enjoy it...

Update: June 27th, 2009 --- This week's update is another "Technical-Like" manual along the lines of the two updates submitted last week (see the June 19th comments below). This time around, I've uploaded the 65-page Starfleet Prototype: The Journal of Innovative Design and Ideas. This manual contains detailed information, schematics and images on the "U.S.S. Jaguar", "U.S.S. Crusader", "U.S.S. Discovery", "U.S.S. Eximius", and "U.S.S. Frontier". Enjoy!

Update: June 19th, 2009 --- I have a double update for you this week; the Two-Volume "Best Of" series of Dockyard Review technical manuals. In Volume One, you'll see articles on "An Exploratory Dreadnaught", "The Ariel Class Freight Carrier", "The U.S.S. Bradley" and more. In Volume Two, you'll be treated to technology articles on "The Deep Space Series" and "Cloaking Devices in Star Fleet", among others as well as Starship Articles on "The Peacekeeper Class Diplomatic Cruiser", "Starlight" and more. All in all, there are almost 90 pages of articles, schematics and color images to review. Enjoy!

Update: June 13th, 2009 --- The update this time around centers around another Technical Manual; one that many of you have requested that I add to the site. The U.S.S. Enterprise Officer's Manual, which contains 149 total pages, was originally created in the early 1980's shortly after the release of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. It was created in the same vein as the original Star Fleet Technical Manual so fans of that publication will certainly find something of interest in the U.S.S. Enterprise Officer's Manual. Enjoy.

Update: June 12th, 2009 --- Two more elevations have been added to the Star Trek New Enterprise Color Schematics Page and the previous elevations are now reflected in their native (and enormous) resolution (6000 pixels wide in some cases). Expect another huge update this weekend. Enjoy-

Update: June 6th, 2009 --- Several more updates this week. The first relates to the New Enterprise Schematics Page where two page high-resolution sheets of the New Enterprise have been added. These new sheets, courtesy of Darren R. Sexton present both the New Enteprise as well as the U.S.S. Kelvin NCC-0514 in high-resolution color relief form. Some great work, here, as are all the works of Mr. Sexton.

And since we're on the topic of the New Enterprise, there's an entirely new page of High-Resolution color schematics of the new ship. The page, which I've called the Star Trek New Enterprise Color Schematics (I know, quite original) currently has three sheets which were created by Argentine Graphic Artist Gustavo of Good Stuff 2 Star Trek Schematics fame. "Gus" is currently working on more elevations of the New Enterprise, and I'm sure you'll all appreciate the amazing work he's already completed on this new ship.

Finally, I've scanned and uploaded the blueprint set for the Ambassador Class U.S.S. Churchill NCC-41056. This 10-page set, which was drawn by Roger Sorensen in the late 90's, has some interesting details behind this classic TNG ship.

That's it for this update. More to come...

Update: May 29th, 2009 --- A couple of big updates this time around (and one small one). Let's start with the small. I've added a lost page to the Star Fleet Medical Reference Manual section. This page has a schematic and information on the Sick Bay Operating Table.

Up next is a 71-page set of schematics on various Starship bridge called the Star Fleet Bridge Variations page. This uncredited collection of bridges has some great detail and information on numerous starship bridges, including subtle changes in the bridge layout for the Enterprise from several different episodes as well as the movies.

Finally, something for you Star Trek: Voyager fans. Online for the first time anywhere is the Star Trek: Voyager Technical Manual. This 40-page book was put together by Star Trek Alums Rick Sternbach and Michael Okuda back during the first season of Voyager. This book was never released or published, so it's a rare find and one I'm sure you'll enjoy.

That's it for this time around. Plenty more to come on a weekly basis as a continued celebration of the latest Star Trek movie.

Update: May 21st, 2009 --- I'm pleased to present the latest addition to this site; the Good Stuff 2 Star Trek Schematics page which currently contains 35 pages on extremely detailed, ultra-high resolution schematics from various incarnations of the Enterprise (and the Excelsior). This page will also eventually include high-resolution schematics of the New Enterprise from the latest Star Trek movie. Enormous thanks go out to Gustavo of Argentina, the illustrator of these amazing schematics, who granted this site permission to display his works of art. Check out Gustavo's other work HERE. Enjoy!

Update: May 19th, 2009 --- Two more schematics have been added to the New U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 page. The schematics deal with the growing controversy over the calculated size of the new Enterprise. After checking out the two new schematics, which are Enterprise Size Comparison Charts, you should definitely check out an in-depth article focusing on the controvery at Ex Astris Scientia. Enjoy!

Update: May 18th, 2009 --- Just a quick update this time around as I'm working on a far larger and really impressive update which will go online later this week. But I digress. This time around, I've added a new sheet to the New U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 page. The included view (Starboard) is currently the only true 'schematic' available of this ship. Hopefully it's just the first of many more to come.

I've also added an internal cutaway sheet to the already impressive Waxing Moon Design Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans. Hope you enjoy them both.

Update: May 14th, 2009 --- 14 new schematics have been added to the LCARS24 Schematics Page which were designed by Bill Morris. In addition to the new schematics, Bill made some changes to the original 21 sheets that appeared on the page so be sure to check out all of these sensational schematics.

Update: May 10th, 2009 --- The first set of schematics of the New Enterprise from the 2009 Film "Star Trek (XI)" are now ONLINE. Enjoy-

Update: May 8th, 2009 --- As today is the official release of feature film "Star Trek" (XI), I've added a synopsis and comment section of the movie in the Episodes/Movies section of the site. I hope you take the time to add your own comment about the film. I'll be adding my own review of the film once I digest it a little more.

In other news, I'd like to thank all of you who voted for this site in the Annual Starbase Adran Omega Award poll. It was with your help that Cygnus-X1.Net took home the 2009 Omega Award! So thank you for all who voted for the nice. It means a lot to me, especially considering the caliber of sites who were also in the running.

Finally, and also in connection with the release of "Star Trek" today, I plan on posting updates to the Blueprints section of the site weekly for the next 2 months (if not more). The first update will go up later this weekend and will contain the first schematics of the new Enterprise - so stay tuned.

Enjoy the movie, everyone...

Update: March 19th, 2009 --- I've added eight more schematics to the Gilso's Star Trek Schematics page. This time around, the additions include some nice color cut-aways of the Enterprise-D, Enterprise-E, Voyager and Defiant. Enjoy-

Update: March 13th, 2009 --- The latest update centers around schematics which were created in connection with the movie Star Trek: Insurrection. These schematics originally appeared on Skybox trading cards. They don't offer up any incredible detail, but they do provide a nice back-story to many of the ships and events which unfolded during the movie.

I've also re-arranged the main blueprints page by separating out manuals into their own section. I'm closing in on finalizing many more manuals for inclusion on this site, so it made sense to put them in their own section. Enjoy-

Update: March 10th, 2009 --- A quick update this time around. I've added some impressive 'Size Comparison Charts' to the Schematics from Around the Web page. I stumbled across these quite by accident, but I don't have any information on who put them together. They seem to be based on old FASA ship drawings. If anyone has information on these, please let me know. Regardless of who put them together, they're very well done and reflect a nice mix of Federation, Klingon, Romulan and other miscellneous ships. Enjoy-

Update: March 2nd, 2009 --- Two more updates to open up March of '09... First up is the famed Star Fleet Medical Reference Manual. All 150 pages from this mid-1970's book are available. Next is a set of blueprints I stumbled across on Ebay. From Star Trek Blueprints alum David Winfrey is his set of Star Trek Modeler's Blueprints - Set One. I'm not aware of a "Set Two" being available, but if someone knows of one, please drop me a line and let me know. Enjoy-

-John

Update: February 22nd, 2009 --- I'm extremely proud to present something entirely new to the Blueprints section of this site - The first ever U.S.S. Enterprise Interactive Deck Plans. These plans are based on the research and published works of Franz Joseph while the interface was designed by prolific Star Trek blueprint illustrator Lawrence Miller. There are over 70 different locations to explore in this set including each of the 24 decks of the original Enterprise, locations like the main bridge, engineering, the brig and more. I'm sure you'll enjoy this interactive guide and I hope to bring more 'interactive' activities to the site in the future. Thanks go to Mr. Miller who has always been very generous in allowing this site to present his works of art.

Other updates on the horizon: While I've halted work on the K'Tara Class Klingon Scout Vessel for the time being (it's essentially the same as the blueprints that are already online HERE), I am working on the 3 sets of Weapons and Field Equipment blueprints (including all non-Trek material). I'm also working on a couple of other items which don't presently appear on the blueprint pages. Look for more updates soon.

Enjoy-

-John

Update: February 21st, 2009 --- The first of two major updates this weekend is online a day early. From prolific Star Trek blueprint illustrator Lawrence Miller comes the U.S.S. Enterprise Command Bridge Operations Manual which is packed with 123 pages of bridge-specifications of the refit Enterprise. More to come! Enjoy-

Update: February 20th, 2009 --- Some exciting new material is about to hit this site but first, a quick update to the Alan Sinclair blueprints of the original U.S.S. Enterprise. Guy Lester modified his full-size poster based on Sinclair's blueprints by adding some color and cleaning up some areas of the original poster. I'm sure you'll like the finished (and final according to Guy) product.

Now on to the other news about the site. This Sunday, February 22nd, will witness one of the most exciting updates I've made to the Blueprints section of this site in quite a long time. In addition to adding in at least one major blueprint set which contains over 100 sheets, I'm also uploading the first web-based interactive deck plan. It's like nothing else this site has ever had before and hopefully only the beginning of more interactive blueprints that will make there way here in the future. So check back on Sunday for these - and more - exciting updates.

Update: November 22nd, 2008 --- Two new packages have been uploaded this time around. First we have some of the best schematics I've ever seen for the DY Series Cargo Ships (i.e. The Botany Bay of Space Seed fame). Each of the 20 sheets of these schematics are presented in 5000 pixel high resolution. You can check them out HERE. Up next are 21 LCARS based schematics of various Federation ships. You can check them out on the LCARS24 page.

Special thanks to Kevin Willcocks, illustrator of the DY Schematics and Bill Morris, Admin of the LCARS24 website for their permission to display their works of art on this site. Thanks Guys!

Update: November 21st, 2008 --- Yep, I'm beginnging to sound like a broken record because I'm still in the process of completing the blueprints for the K'Tara Class Klingon Scout Vessel which should be online soon. In the mean time, I've uploaded 15 new schematics for the Star Trek Unnamed Schematics page. The new prints include the Akira Class Starship, the Claff F Federation Shuttlecraft (TOS) and the Romulan Bird of Prey (TOS). I also have some exciting new schematics coming very soon which I'm sure you'll all enjoy. Until then...

Update: October 21st, 2008 --- For those of you keeping score, I am in the final phases of completing the blueprints for the K'Tara Class Klingon Scout Vessel which should be online this weekend (fingers crossed). In the mean time, I stumbled across some incredibly detailed images of the NX-01 Enterprise which I decided to add to the Schematics from Around the Web page. I'm sure you'll agree that these are perhaps the finest images of the NX-01 Enterprise that currently exist. Enjoy!

Update: October 10th, 2008 --- While I am still in the process of scanning the blueprints for the K'Tara Class Klingon Scout Vessel (which is taking a bit longer than expected due to the size of each sheet -- 18" x 24"), I decided to quickly shoot out the "other" Klingon Plans I had lying around. This time around, I've added a 10-sheet set of the Klingon Vor'Cha Attack Cruiser. I located this set on Ebay a while back but, unfortunately, it's uncredited. If anyone has additional information on the set, please let me know. Otherwise, as always, enjoy!

Update: October 4th, 2008 --- I uploaded the latest updates to the Waxing Moon Design Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans. This time around, 3 new sheets have been added including Impulse Rockets and additional Computer Core layouts.

Update: October 2nd, 2008 --- While I'm still in the process of scanning the K'Tara Class Klingon Scout Vessel, as well as another Klingon Blueprint set that I just stumbled across, I decided to go back and back-fill some missing schematics from the Gilso Schematics page. In all, I've added 66 new schematics to that page including a series for the Enterprise A, Enterprise B, the Akira Heavy Cruiser, a complete set of Fleet Charts from various species and finally a set of various bridge plans. Enjoy!

Update: September 27th, 2008 --- Scanned and uploaded 16 more schematics from the 2-part 'Starfleet Recognition Series' by prolific Star Trek blueprint/schematics illustrator Lawrence Miller. You can check them both out HERE and HERE.

Up next, the long-awaited K'Tara Class Klingon Scout Vessel. Enjoy!

Update: September 22nd, 2008 --- A quick update linked to the Alan Sinclair blueprints of the original U.S.S. Enterprise. Regular visitor and contributor Guy Lester recently sent me a full-size poster based on Sinclair's blueprints. It's something of a collage containing four views of the Enterprise. It's makes a nice addition to Sinclair's exceptional prints. Hope you like it as much as I did when Guy first sent it my way.

Update: September 19th, 2008 --- The first of many new updates to be posted in the coming weeks and months is the long-sought-after 'U.S.S. Enterprise NX-1701-A Enterprise That Never' prints. I put these blueprints together from several different sources and I am convinced that I'm missing at least one sheet. If you have any additional information on these blueprints, please let me know. Otherwise, as always, enjoy!

Update: May 27th, 2008 --- Several new additions this time out. First, from David Shaw, the illustrator behind the Enterprise Construction Plans and the Phase II Enterprise Clean Up Project comes his latest addition: The 1964 Jefferies Construction Plans which detail the very first drawings of the Starship Enterprise by Matt Jefferies.

Next up is the lost page from the Star Fleet Technical Manual. This page, which never appeared in print (to the best of my knowledge) details the transporter console. You can see the sheet directly via this link.

And last, but by absolutely no means least, are some exciting new plans from Andrew J. Marsden. Andrew has created a starship design which is meant to be "a contemporary of the NX (series)" but one that resides in the era of TOS (or very early TOS as it were). Dubbed the E.S.S. Aachen, this 12-page blueprint set is among the most detailed and finest examples of non-canon work I've ever come across. Many thanks to Andrew for allowing this site to showcase his work. Show Andrew your appreciation for this work by commenting on his plans!

Up next (and I mean it this time) are the plans for the NX-1701 Enterprise "That Never Was"...

Update: May 21st, 2008 --- Added a new collection of schematics from freelance artist Darren R. Sexton. This 15-page collection of Trek schematics is among the finest I've seen in quite some time. Check them out via this link. And many thanks to Darren for his permission in reproducing the schematics on this site.

Update: May 14th, 2008 --- Some more exciting updates to the Waxing Moon Design Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans. This time around, sixteen (16) new sheets have been added including crew quarters, science labs, the computer core and more. Enjoy!

Update: April 21st, 2008 --- Greetings everyone. I wanted to take a moment out to inform you of a situation which arose last week. On or about April 13th, this site was viciously attacked with MalWare. Every HTML and PHP page on Cygnus-X1.Net was infected. After the infection occurred, many visitors to the site were also infected with this MalWare. Shortly thereafter, Google blacklisted Cygnus-X1.Net which effectively cut off over half of the visitors to the site. Over the next day, I feverishly worked to restore the site, cleaning every page and file of the infection - no small task I assure you. I then spent time identifying how this attack occurred in the first place to insure it wouldn't happen again. As it turns out, a security flaw in my installation of Coppermine Photo Gallery allowed the attackers to perform this act. I updated my copy of Coppermine to the latest version available and, shortly thereafter, the site was attacked again, albeit not as successfully as the first time. That attack was also permitted by continued security flaws in Coppermine which has now led me to remove that script altogether.

I want to apologize to any visitors who were impacted by this attack. It pained me to think that some of you may have contracted a virus or trojan as a direct result of browsing my site. Because of that, I seriously considered throwing in the towel and taking down the site permanently. I would rather throw away 4 years of work then provide an outlet for infecting other computers. Fortunately, with the assistance of my service provider, the help of Geek Squad, and the support of many visitors, most notably David Bradley, I've decided to keep Cygnus-X1.Net going. The site is absolutely clean of any viruses, trojans and/or MalWares and I will no longer install any scripts that may allow for such an attack in the future.

Again, my sincerest apologies to all of you who were impacted by this unfortunate event. Look for updates, news and other additions to the site to resume immediately.

Thanks for your support, everyone.

-John

Update: April 5th, 2008 --- Some quick updates on some old favorites. First, Charles Casimiro has updated his exceptional U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 blueprints, creating what he has dubbed his "Version 2.0" views of the original Enterprise. Included are 6 new sheets plus a rendered shot of the Enterprise based on his plans.

Next up are some absolutely spectacular schematics of the Antares Class Surveyor. They're located in the Schematics from Around the Web page of the site.

Finally, I've added another 8 sheets to the Vance Schematics page which includes the first ships from the TNG era as well as a few more ToolKit sheets.

More to come soon including the NX-1701 Enterprise and more prints from David Shaw. Enjoy!

Update: February 15th, 2008 --- Apologies everyone for the lack of updates over the past couple of months. I assure you, the site is still alive and very much well. I'm working on some major updates for the coming weeks and month and hope to have some surprising new twists to the site in the very near future. So fear not - the next round of updates are coming! Thanks-

Update: November 29th, 2007 --- The long awaited Enterprise Flight Manual is now online. All 53 pages from this rare and often sought-after technical manual are available. For those of you who are not familiar with this manual, it was created as a guide for the actors back when Star Trek: The Motion Picture as being filmed. It has a tremendous amount of details, much more than the actors probably needed, so it's nice to see so many went to such trouble to create this insightful piece of work. Enjoy!

Update: November 11th, 2007 --- The next major update to the site is now online. The one and only Star Fleet Technical Manual by the late Franz Joseph defined the Star Trek universe beyond the series and has been the benchmark to which all other Trek-related technical manuals are compared. I've include 100 sheets from this reference book for the site. Enjoy.

Update: November 8th, 2007 --- The first of the major updates during November & December of 2007 is now online. With a stunning 128 schematics, the Federation Technological Survey: 2150-2370 offers up schematics and detailed information on various Federation, Klingon, Romulan & Ferengi starships and weapons. This fan-based book is reproduced here in its entirety and is certainly one not to miss. Up next comes a real surprise which I'm sure you'll be able to figure out. Look for it soon but in the mean time, enjoy the Federation Technological Survey!

Update: October 31st, 2007 --- Updated the Vance's Schematics page with 13 new schematics which include the following ships:
Bonaventure
Cesario
DY150
Erie Canal
Evarts
Two Moons
Klingon BatLeth
Klingon Container Bulk
Klingon Container Hangar
Klingon Container Troop Transport
Klingon Kole
Couer De Leon
Harakawa
Thanks once again to Vance for allowing this site to present his schematics.

Update: October 22nd, 2007 --- Added 5 new schematics on the Saber-Class Starship to the Star Trek Schematics from Around the Web. These schematics were drawn by Sean Larocque who has supplied many other schematics to the site over the past year. Thanks Sean!

And now for some bigger news. During November and December of this year, I plan on adding hundreds of new schematics and blueprints to the site. It'll be the largest concentration of updates ever. So spread the word -- November and December are blueprint months at the Star Trek LCARS Book & Episode dB site. Enjoy!

Update: August 22nd, 2007 --- Strategic Design have two new sets of deck plans available for sale. The Defiant Class and Oberth Class plans are both available for preview on this site and from the looks of them, they're well worth the purchase price. Thanks again to David Schmidt and Tim Palgut for allowing this site to display the thumbnail and some higher-resolution images from these schematics.

Update: August 20th, 2007 --- I've uploaded two new sets of blueprints which were both created and donated by David Shaw. David has put together some exciting drawings based on the 33" Filming Model of the original U.S.S. Enterprise. Those plans can be seen HERE. In his second set, David enhances the original Phase II Enterprise drawings by Matt Jefferies. Those can be viewed HERE. Thanks again to David for allowing this site to display his impressive works. Enjoy all!

Update: August 11th, 2007 --- Uploaded a new set of blueprints on the Miranda-Class Starship, better known as the U.S.S. Reliant. This 18-page blueprint set comes from Kennedy Ship Yards; producers of many other Trek and non-trek related blueprints. You can check them out via this LINK. Enjoy!

Update: August 7th, 2007 --- Updated the Star Trek Unnamed Schematics page with 5 new schematics on the Cardassian Galor Class Starship.

Update: August 2nd, 2007 --- Updated the Vance's Schematics page with 189 new schematics spanning the Cage, TOS and TMP eras. Also included are tool-kit schematics to help you "build" your own Starship schematic. Thanks once again to Vance for allowing this site to present his schematics.

Update: July 13th, 2007 --- In the middle of a couple of different projects, I decided to quickly scan and upload the fairly rare blueprints of the U.S.S. Almeida which were drawn by Michael Morrissette back in 1980. By request, the five sheets on this set are provided at full scale/300DPI so the fize sizes are rather large. In other news, and due to popular request, I'll be adding the option to download each blueprint set via a ZIP file in the very near future, though I probably won't create one massive ZIP file that contains ALL the blueprints. Look for those files soon. Enjoy-

Update: June 19th, 2007 --- Issues #5 and #6 of the Federation Reference Series are now online. These final issues of the 6-issue set focus on several starship classes and numerous uniform and worksuit options from the TOS and TMP eras. I've also uploaded the plans for the Sherman Class Cargo Drone drawn by Todd Guenther.

I've now begun work on the Enterprise Flight Manual which will take some time to complete. In the mean time, I'll be updating other existing blueprint sets with new sheets. Look for those additions soon. Enjoy-

Update: June 9th, 2007 --- Issue #4 of the Federation Reference Series (Click HERE) is now online. This one includes Starship and Workbee Schematics, Office Complexes and a number of uniforms. Special thanks to Firebird who supplied me with the scans of Issues 4, 5 and 6. Issues 5&6 will be online within the week afterwhich work on the Enterprise Flight Manual will begin. Enjoy.

Update: June 3rd, 2007 --- Issue #3 of the Federation Reference Series (Click HERE) is now online. This one focuses on Starship Drydocks and several classes of TMP-era starships. Enjoy.

Update: June 2nd, 2007 --- Added Issue #2 of the Federation Reference Series (Click HERE) which contains 11 sheets that focus primarily on the Klingon Empire. I plan on completing the 6-issue set next before moving on to the other blueprint sets. Enjoy.

Update: May 5th, 2007 --- Added the four sets from Daniel Biringer that were created in the late 1970s. The four sets contain 46 blueprint sheets from the U.S.S Whilwind NCC-6000, the U.S.S. Graynet NCC-5010, the U.S.S. Voltara NCC-G400 and the Automated Bulk Carrier. Special thanks to Dana Lubich, illustrator of the Cargo Shuttle plans who supplied me with these rare blueprints.

Update: May 5th, 2007 --- More updates to the Waxing Moon Design Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans. This time around, four new sheets including a detailed view of the bridge, Launch Bay and Shuttlepod have been added.

Update: April 26th, 2007 --- Two new sets of blueprints have been uploaded. First up are perhaps the rarest set I've ever come across - the "Original" Paramount Issued U.S.S. Enterprise Space Cruiser schematics. The six sheets from this set are believed to have been drawn by none other than Matt Jeffries, primary creative artist for the original series. The second set of blueprints I've uploaded are the U.S.S. Enterprise Construction Plans by L. Allen Everhart who also drew the Book of Shuttlecraft Galileo Plans, the U.S.S Saladin Class Destroyer/Scout Blueprints and the Specifications of the Merchantman - Federation Class J Type 3.

Update: April 21st, 2007 --- I've been promising a plethora of updates and now they're almost here. In place of the actual scans, which I'm feverishly working on in my limited spare time, I've added a cover image of all the blueprints that I'm currently scanning on the main blueprints menu page. In case you can't pick off all the new "Under Construction" packages that are listed, here's a quick run-down:

First, there's the set of original, Paramount created, Enterprise Blueprints. These blueprints pre-date the Franz Joseph set by several years. Up next, the highly requested Enterprise Flight Manual. Continuing on the Enterprise theme are the rare "Enterprise That Never Was - NX-1701-A" set. Blueprints for the U.S.S. Almeida GCC-120 and Sherman Class Cargo Drone are also under construction as are four very rare blueprint drawings by Daniel Biringer in 1977. These four sets include the U.S.S. Graynet NCC-5010, the U.S.S. Voltara NCC-G400, the U.S.S. Whilwind NCC-6000 and the Automated Bulk Freighter. Finally, I'm working on the 3-set series of Weapons and Field Equipment Blueprints which span Star Trek and other Sci-Fi series. I also have a couple other special blueprint sets that I'm working on but will keep under wraps for now. You'll begin to see the above hit the site very soon.

Enjoy-

Update: April 4th, 2007 --- We've now crossed over the 1,000 mark with regards to the number of blueprint sheets now online. To get to the magic 1,000 number, I added a new set of blueprints/schematics drawn by Adam Heinbuch. Adam was quite prolific with his Star Trek schematics back in the day and now this site is proud to present 34 of those schematics. You can check them out on the new Adam Heinbuch Schematics page. Enjoy.

Update: April 4th, 2007 --- The Waxing Moon Design Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans has been updated to include the two new sheets; Sickbay and a Starship Layout / Cutaway.

Update: April 4th, 2007 --- Strategic Designs have now released their next set of deckplans; this time for the Intrepid Class (Voyager) Starship. As before, they have permitted this site to host the thumbnail images of the deckplans along with two high-resolution images as well (Sheets 1 and 2). Check out these fantastic schematics HERE. More updates are on the way.

Update: March 29th, 2007 --- Added 13 new schematics to the Star Trek Schematics from Around the Web page which were graciously offered up by Sean Larocque. Thanks Sean! Also, a general update on, well, future updates. I've been a little busy of late with the Rush side of the site, what with a new album on its way and all. But fear not; I've been in the process of scanning and collecting many new blueprints that will be added in due time. Some of the prints I have planned are from decades past and have never before appeared on the web, so stay tuned.

Update: February 18th, 2007 --- Made some changes to the U.S.S. Nova NX-72228 page including refreshed thumbnail images, a new cover image and a few other tweaks.

Update: February 8th, 2007 --- Completed the Star Fleet Tactical Database - Series 2 collection of prints which contains 5 detailed sheets covering numberous Starships, Stations and more. Many thanks to Sam Pettus of The Starfleet Network who supplied the original scans for this set. Check out Sam's revised Federation Spaceflight Chronology which is available for download on his site. It's an amazing piece of work!

Update: February 4th, 2007 --- Finally (phew!) completed the FASA U.S.S. Enterprise 15MM Deck Plans which contain 18 blueprint sheets. These are some of the most detailed deck plans ever drawn of the original Constitution-Class Starship so I took special care when reproducing them here. The originals were in pretty bad shape, but I managed to clean them up fairly well.

Update: February 3rd, 2007 --- Added a new blueprint collection called Vance's Schematics which currently contain 48 blueprint sheets. Also added this Updates page to allow people to track the latest additions/changes to the Blueprints Database.

Update: January 21st, 2007 --- Added a new blueprint collection called Star Trek Schematics from Around the Web which currently contain 35 blueprint sheets. This page will receive updates as I come across worthy additions. If you know of any blueprints or schematics that you feel should be included on this page, please let me know by Emailing me.

Update: January 13th, 2007 --- Added the first in a new six-part blueprint collection called Federation Reference Series which currently contain 14 blueprint sheets.

Update: January 6th, 2007 --- Modified the Enterprise NX-01 Deck Plans page to link directly to the high resolution images. Bryant Critcher of Waxing Moon Designs granted this site exclusive permission to display these fantastic deck plans.
