To celebrate three decades together, the R30: 30th Anniversary Tour served as the ultimate retrospective for the fans. Embracing their comedic side, the band opened the night with an animated journey through their classic album covers that culminated in a hilarious cameo by comedian Jerry Stiller. The band then hit the stage with the "R30 Overture," a blistering 10-minute instrumental medley of foundational 70s tracks like "Finding My Way", "Bastille Day", and the "Cygnus X-1" suite. The first set perfectly balanced modern mainstays with live debuts of classic rock covers from their recently released Feedback EP, including The Who's "The Seeker."

Following intermission, the second half kicked off with the comedic "Darn That Dragon" video, featuring the band's own bobblehead dolls, before unleashing a dense mix of heavy-hitters and resurrected deep cuts like "Mystic Rhythms" and "Between the Wheels." The back half of the show also treated fans to an intimate acoustic segment and a massive run of 70s epics like "Xanadu" and a reggae-tinged "Working Man." After a bluesy, cover-heavy encore of "Summertime Blues" and "Crossroads" capped off by the reliable "Limelight," the marathon concert perfectly concluded with one final Jerry Stiller video sequence to bookend the anniversary celebration.
